Shuttles: If you fly into the Denver airport, you may want to consider taking the Shamrock Express (970-686-5555). The roundtrip shuttle costs approximately $60 roundtrip and runs 24 hours a day. It will drop you off and pick you up at the Marriott.
If you fly into Fort Collins, the taxi ride through Shamrock Express will cost approximately $30/ one way.
Bus Stations: There is a Greyhound Station at 250 N Mason Street in Fort Collins, which is approximately 4 miles from the hotel.
Nearby Lodging
Guest rooms will be offered at a group rate of $109/night if reserved by February 25th. After that time, the rooms will go up to the regular rate of $169/night - so RESERVE EARLY!! In addition, discounted rooms will also be available for only $99/night if reserved by February 25th at the nearby Marriott Courtyard. A shuttle to/from the main hotel will be available. These rooms will also go up to their regular rate of $159/night after Feb 25.

Food:
As a note, full registration includes a continental breakfast and a buffet lunch on Thursday through Saturday. Participants who are only coming for the Bill Brooks NEC training will have continental breakfast and buffet lunch on Thursday.

What to Bring
There will be numerous training sessions full of valuable information. We suggest that you bring a pen and pencil and paper for notetaking and business cards for networking. In addition, you want to bring a reusable coffee mug.
